A Weekend Review

by Blain Mikkonen

A couple of weeks ago Grant and I shared a preview of the chaotic schedule that was about to ensue.  The two weeks that followed was the perfect storm of ongoing custom projects, Junk Bonanza preparations, Design Conference planning, and maybe even demanded the 100 cups of coffee we speculated.

It took a week devoid of golf, full of take out pizzas, and copious energy drinks for Phil.  It took a series of late nights, early mornings and an upcoming payroll that could take down a Silicon Valley start-up.  It took multiple stops on the way to Shakopee, MN to fuel our pick-up that pulled a trailer load of furniture and guzzled gas at a rate of 6 mpg pick-up.  However, finally, this past weekend we saw the culmination of our efforts on sale and on stage.  We had a great time and hope that you were able to join us.

What follows is a photo stream of our efforts highlighting products, projects, and the eventful weekend.

Process: Projects and Products

Spring Junk Bonanza 2017

Design Conference 2017

Spring Junk Market 2017

Although the dust has settled on two great events, a third is just around the corner.  Eco Chic’s spring Junk Market is May 6-7 at Scheels Arena.  We’re busy preparing more great products and hope to see you there!
