Design Guide – Custom Wall Decor & Business Sign

Are you considering a piece of custom wall decor for your home? Or maybe you’re looking for the perfect custom business signage for your office. We will work with you to design your and build your custom sign and bring your vision to life. If you don’t know where to start, we’ve put together this custom sign design guide for helping you with your metal and wood home decor, custom wall art, or custom business sign ideas!

Before you get started, the first step may be to determine what style of sign you like. Our industrial wood and metal signs are great for unique wall art, custom business signs, or the perfect customized gift. The most popular decor style is our wood and metal combination including reclaimed brown wood and laser cut metal. Other options include metal only or you can view our online portfolio for some more unique signage inspiration!

We have a few popular sign sizes to choose from which allow our custom signs to fit into a variety of budgets.

$299 – 28”x20” – Our most common size is our 28”x20” wall art size which is commonly used for custom business logos signsour popular industrial lake signs, and even our custom pet wall art signs. This size starts at $299 but can be customized to larger sizes!

$199 – 24”x12” – Smaller designs such as our custom name and coordinates sign start at $199. This size is also popular for laser cut metal house number signs. Try our online interactive sign builder which allows you to design and build your own custom metal sign using various fonts!

FULLY CUSTOM – Wall art and business signs are not always – one size fits all. We agree. All of our sign styles can be fully customized down to the inch. We often find that all of your business logos don’t fit well onto our common sign proportions and we have to assume you value how your business brand or unique home wall art looks as much as we value ours. If you don’t know your exact size – provide the size of the space and or a budget and we’ll be happy to make some size recommendations. You can start a custom sign project by inquiring here.

Once you have the size dialed in – you can customize the look; Multiple metal powder coat colors, various reclaimed wood stain finishes, or stick with our popular reclaimed brown and charcoal metallic combination! Each sign can be customized to be uniquely yours.

Charcoal metallic – 90% of all signs we build are finished with this great metal powder coat option. This color was created to imitate raw steel but offers a much more durable oxidation resistant finish.

Flat Black – Black metal offers a clean and modern metal option. We think this offers a more refined look against our rustic wood compared to the more industrial charcoal metallic metal finish.

White – For modern signs seeking an ultra clean look.

Silver, Aluminum, Gold or Alternative Sign Colors – We have built signs in nearly all shapes and sizes – but colors too. If you have special color requests for your custom sign – don’t hesitate to ask as we can upgrade your sign to many other powder coat colors for a small fee.

We’ve outlined a few popular options that we focus on so that we don’t overwhelm you. However, maybe you have your own creative color scheme and we want to help bring that to life. Let us know if you have other color preferences and we’ll do our best to accommodate!
